What Participants Experienced
Participant feedback provides another view of Insightful Path’s work. These handwritten reflections were gathered from people who took part in workshops, facilitated conversations, and learning experiences designed and delivered by James.
Together, they capture the immediate experience of participants: what engaged them, what helped them think differently, what they learned, and what they believed they could carry into their work.
While each participant encountered the work from their own perspective, the reflections reveal recurring experiences: feeling engaged and included, encountering ideas that were relevant to their work, being invited to think more deeply, and leaving with insights they could use.
